George T. Elmore

For more than two decades, my family and I have been associated with the Kravis Center. In 1987 I had the honor and privilege of serving as a member of the original board of Directors and co-chaired the south county fundraising effort. I take great pride in having been able to work with such a dedicated group of corporate, government and community leaders to bring the entire project to fruition. The Kravis Center is a unique and cherished landmark and a source of tremendous pride for Palm Beach citizens and visitors. Since opening its doors November 28, 1992, the Center has achieved many milestones as lovers of the performing arts continue to enjoy the world’s finest performers in a venue truly worthy of their talents. Additionally, each year, tens of thousands of school children experience the magic of a live performance, many for the first time in their young lives.

In 1995, when the Kravis Center reached out to partner in a more structured way with the corporate community, Hardrives, Inc., stepped up to the plate and became a charter member in the Corporate Partners program. As a business entity, the Center is well-managed and responsive to community needs.

I invite those of you who have a passion for the arts and a capacity to leave a legacy of any size, to join with me in assuring the Center continues to be a premier gathering place, accessible and affordable to everyone for generations to come. Future generations count on the Center being here, and a gift to the Kravis Center’s endowment fund will ensure that it remains the resourceful cultural beacon in Palm Beach County.
